My story and approach to work
Writing has been a common thread that binds together my entire career. While the positions I've held span marketing, business development and client services, the output of my best work was always written: pitch decks, website copy, communications plans, naming and brand development, video scripting and more.
My favorite challenge is condensing complex ideas into simple, easily understood language. I've worked closely with B2B and B2C companies across tech, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, automotive, and more to define their brand value and articulate it meaningfully across the right communications channels.

My life away from the computer
I have two passions in life: writing and travel. My freelance career affords me the opportunity to explore both wholeheartedly. Last year, my adventures included hiking Angel's Landing in Zion National Park and backpacking through Bali, Indonesia. When I'm home in Ohio, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with new ingredients, exploring Dayton's vast MetroParks system and spending time with my sidekick: my dog, George.
